Customer Spotlight - "The best word to describe it is WOW!"

Here at MK Sportscars, we believe the experience is just as important as the car - the journey is as paramount as the destination. Every so often, we receive customer feedback which highlights what it means to be a part of the MK Sportscars community.

Last Wednesday, we had the pleasure of welcoming a new customer into our workshop in Braintree. This is the feedback we received about his visit - and why he's now gearing up to build his very own MK.

"From the moment I arrived at MK Sports Cars I was made to feel very welcome... Neil never once made me feel that he was in a hurry, which was great. He answered every question I had in great detail, and his knowledge of the MK cars really showed."

The customer also had praise to share about our workshop.

"The MK Sports car workshop was very clean, tidy and well laid out showing the build of the cars from start to finish which is what I wanted to see. The attention to detail looked to be second to none! (fantastic to see).

The whole experience from to start to finish last Wednesday was excellent for me."

It is always a delight for the whole team to hear kind comments coming from customers, considering the hard work and dedication every staff member has for our company. We take pride in not only our cars, but our building, our customer service, everything.

Of course, no visit to MK is complete without a test drive...

"The icing on the cake for me was being taken out in the MK by Sean for a demo. The best word to describe it is WOW!"

We’re thrilled to hear that this customer is now on the hunt for a suitable MX5 donor car and ready to begin their own build journey. That’s what it’s all about!

To this customer, thank you again for your kind words. We’re so glad you had a fantastic experience — and we’re looking forward to seeing your MK come to life!
