Silicone hose kit for the Honda CBR1000RR for the MK Indy (All models)
Note: This kit is designed for a 32mm outlet radiator.
The installation is broken down into sections to make this easier to understand.
Bottom Hose / Cold Side of the Engine
22 to 38mm reducer from lower block inlet into the EWP 80 water pump outlet.
38 to 32 reducer from the EWP 80 inlet. (Note, 38mm is slightly larger but will clamp up tight)
Aluminium 32mm T Joiner with the 19mm T piece towards the rear of the vehicle.
32mm Straight silicone hose into the bottom of the radiator.
Top Hose / Cold Side of the Engine
[(Optional) - 32mm Silicone into 32mm temperature sender]
32 to 28mm reducer
28mm aluminium pipe (cut to desired length)
28 to 22mm reducer into the block
Top Breather Hose
8mm Silicone (500mm long)
T Joiner
8mm Silicone (250mm long) into the block.
Coolant Tank
19mm outlet into bottom aluminium T Joiner
8mm breather into 8mm T joiner from top of radiator.
