Suzuki Hayabusa Wet Sump Oil Levels

When you're filling your engine with oil there is no way of knowing how much oil you should put in the system because you might have differing size of oil cooler, your oil lines may be "longer" than on the standard CUP 200 cars. 

To resolve this, there is a dip stick on the top of the crank case.  Always make sure that you fill the oil to just above the "minimum" level as seen in the picture below.

You'll need to put some oil in the engine after an oil change, turn the engine over so there is oil pressure, then run the engine up to make sure the oil has circulated, then increase the oil level bit by bit until you're just above the minimum marker.
