MK Indy RX-5 Coolant Reroute Kit

Coolant Re-Route Kit for the Mazda MX-5 based Indy RX-5 using a top mounted Turbo or N/A

Contents of the kit include:

1x Mazda MX-5 1.8 NB Reroute Thermostat Housing Cover
2x Silicone Hose 32mm Diameter 90 Degree Elbow Bend - Black
2x Aluminium Straight Hose Connector 32mm
1x Universal Aluminium Pipe 32mm (1 metre)
1x Silicone Hose 32mm Diameter 45 Degree Elbow Bend (Black)
1x Silicone Hose 32mm Diameter 45 Degree Elbow Bend (Black) 300mm Leg
8x Stainless Steel Band Worm Drive Hose Clamp Jubilee Clip 25 - 40 mm (Each)
1x Mazda MX-5 1.8 NB Front Thermostat Delete Plate

To Install this you will need to connect the pipework in the following way starting at the rear of the block.

1.  Fit the Reroute Thermostat Housing Cover
2.  Connect a 90° hose
3.  Connect a straight coupler
4.  Connect another 90° hose
5.  Connect the aluminium pipe (will need cutting to length) - this is positioned below the inlet manifold)
6.  Connect the 45° hose facing vertically
7.  Connect another straight coupler
8.  Connect the Log leg 45° silicone hose with the log leg end connected to the top of the radiator.

Note : All silicone hoses use a 25 - 40mm jubilee clip.
